I know it's pretty easy to find vegan cookie recipes online, but still need some help. I just to create some recipes of some hard, dense little cookies without eggs in them. I found recipes that require a mixture of water and flax to replace eggs, but I've found that makes the dough too heavy. I guess applesauce as a replacement or something that works better. Anyway, any recipe that you've tried and it is quite possible that can publish up to this point would be appriciated! Thank you!
Gee, two hours and no one answered yet?! Instead of publishing the recipe again sent Earlier this week to let you know that it is still available by searching resolved questions (along with some other good) recipes for chocolate chip cookies. Here's the deal vegan cookies with the elimination of eggs eliminates its ability to bind the ingredients together cookie (which often results in cookies that are 'ridiculous' lumpy) and also removes their ability to trap pockets of gas expansion (air mounted on the mass and the CO2 released from powdered baking soda). Using mashed apple or flax replaces most, but not much use for "useful" properties of egg. Now that that's out of the bottom of the form here is how to replace the egg 'veganly. For each egg called for in a recipe add 1 / 4 to 1 / 2 teaspoon of xanthan gum to the dry ingredients and water 1 / 4 to 1 / 2 cup to liquid. Xanthan gum will help trap the gases that expand during cooking (which precludes "rock formation") and all-glue " together to prevent crumblies. Has a Nice side benefit that, as it keeps the moisture keeps treats fresh longer. You have to experiment with amounts since different recipes, flours, mixing techniques and ovens things affect how well it works xanthan (is powerful, but picky). If you have more questions about it just ask!

I'm a vegetarian I liked the green Bisto gravy. You may think I'm crazy, but in Instead of sauce now use a tea cup of soup! Just do not add more water! It's nice that there are also many different flavors! I have a soup cup of tea whenever I have a barbecue, and now my brother does! Give it a try it's worth, I do not salsa, but it's a nice people and really makes the taste of the food is great!
