.......? Vegan Halloween
Well, I have some questions ... 1) Ok, what to do with their children on Halloween, are you going trick or treating, or just have a party? (I'm curious, I'm vegan, and I always wondered, because some day want to raise vegan children, who can not make a choice when it receives old enough to switch back or not). 2) What are some vegan candy? Thanks =) no jelly beans are vegan, have geletin, which I belive is not even vegetarian friendly. I know that when I was a vegetarin i had no geletin.
Well I'm a vegan teenager. Nobody else in my family is vegetarian, but my family respects my decision and is very favorable, so I'm lucky. I have several different vegetarian cookbooks, and my family during Halloween and I like to have a party and all sorts of goodies baking vegan, including pumpkin pie, cookies, cakes. We serve these at all, including omnivores, because they are generally healthy, and we can all enjoy together. Usually I do not Trick or Treat, because most of the candy is not suitable for vegans. But one year I trick or treat and "donations" candy to my parents for a little prize $ 20. This was really nice because my brothers and I all have to have fun together, and also have a later treatment. If this is not the route you want to drink, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, both sales and vegan chocolate lollipops. I hope this has helped. Kudos to being vegan! I raise my children vegan too.
