Vegan hot chocolate?

I can not find any good vegan hot chocolate. I want to make a delicious vegan hot chocolate, but all the powders chocolate contain milk solids or some kind of dairy products. You can recommend some tasty vegan chocolate powder or syrup? Thanks guys all great ideas:)

Can I use banana and applesauce in place of eggs in cookies?

I'm trying to make vegan cookies, but without eggs, at least, and I heard you can substitute eggs with applesauce or mashed banana to a hole, but I'm not sure if it would work or not. Also I heard that you can use cornstarch and water to replace, too. Is this possible? There is also a substitue for butter, shortening well?

banana and applesauce substitution only work well with cake for dessert. binding structure need cookies applesauce or bananas could not provide. I would recommend Ener-G egg substitute, or search for a vegan cookie recipe that has made the replacement, if you do not have time to experience. good luck!
