    Alternative sources of milk, both vegan / vegetarian.?

    Hello, I'm currently doing several projects this year include dairy products and dairy-substitute products (like milk products specifically). I have several brands of milk alternatives for a study sensory and other uses. ATM I have Rice Dream: Original Silk fortified soy milk Plus Omega-3 DHA Silk Soymilk: Original Dream Goat Milk Rice milk powder: Original and other non perishable soymilk. (not having me ATM) I need more alternatives, other popular sources of milk, perhaps even some vegan / vegetarian cheese alternatives. (I have not looked for these, however, still mount roadmap and timetable). So what would you recommend to keep an eye for? Well, the sensory, processing amount of microbes present, the life and nutrient content, and other measures will be reviewed. The cows of the products milk are quite easy to find, which was the alternative vegetable that I was not so familiar.

    vegan list foods
    Is there a difference between organic and vegan foods?

    If so what is the difference? Could you list some of their meals favorite recipes or vegan, you might find in my grocery store? I'm just becoming a vegan. Thanks in advance.

    Before choosing a style vegan life you should know what that means. Not only do vegans not eat meat but do not eat food containing animal. (which often do not use beauty products or clothing that contain animal products), for example, cheese is made from milk and peanut butter is animal fat, so it would be the limits of a vegan. Vegans eat mostly grains, fruits and vegetables such as tofu products that are made from vegetables. There are a lot of products complying the vegan in the market now. Check your health food store or aisle of your health food grocery store. The second part of your question was in relation to organic foods. Organic simply means that the animal was increased or the plant is grown using chemicals, hormones or antibiotics. So the Vegans can do and, of course, organic foods, but do not have to. Organic foods, including meat and dairy products are used by a wide variety of carnivores, including myself. On my list, yogurt and organic milk. Obviously eating animal products, I prefer that animals are reared natural and are free of antibiotics for them organic.

    vegan lunches to go
    Ideas Box vegan food?

    Please Help Me I just turned vegan and would like some ideas for packed lunches to school and not say anything that contains tofu, because they do not sell it where I live. thnx for the ideas guys u: D

    I am 15 and when I first went vegan, I had trouble figuring out what to put in my lunch. But now I've got quite down: D These are some of my ideas: 1) PB & J sandwich with a side of biscuits and apple juice drink:) Simple but filling. 2) Peanut butter and banana sandwich with a cup of fruit. For the sandwich just put peanut butter on both slices of bread and place slices plantain on both slices of bread. To the bowl of fruit, cut the strawberries, blueberries, melons, apples and mix everything together in a bowl with a lid. Voila! Easy and delicious lunch: D 3) Hummus sandwich. Take a little hummus and spread on two slices of bread, are spreading like mayonnaise or mustard. Then take lettuce, zucchini and tomatoes, if you like and place the sandwich. Easy peasy! 4) Vegetable Sandwich. Get lettuces, cabbages, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, mustard and vegan mayonnaise. This is a simple sandwich full of flavor: D You can even add sliced Tofurky Deli for proteins. 5) Salad. You can buy one in the stores or make your own: DI like to put nuts in mine and also the carrot and zucchini, or sometimes even mashed tortilla chips. You can buy salad Vegetarian dress shop or use balsamic vinegar or Italian dressing if desired. Whatever the salad dressing of your choice, put it in a Tupperware container little and pour it over until ready to eat salad or soggy otherwise receive. 6) Half of a sandwich and a salad. Simply take half a sandwich (Pick one mentions or create your own) and bring it to school along with a salad. Yummers: D 7) Sidedish. Sidedish If you need to go along with a salad, try to nuts such as dried apricots, raisins or prunes. You can also bring nuts (cashews, peanuts, almonds, etc.) or a bag of chips (tortilla, Lays, Ruffles, etc.). Well I hope helps and good luck: D: D

    raw vegan diet menu
    Can my premium rate / Vegan Diet?

    I started a "bonus" / vegetarian diet 2 days ago and I am checking if I'm doing well ... I'm doing everything to lose weight .. Anyway here is my menu for the last 2 days: Day 1: Breakfast: Banana dessert tofu (approximately 1 / 4 cup) and chocolate soy milk Lunch: corn salad with olive oil / lemon (+ tomato and cucumber) Dinner: Salad of the same Day 2: Breakfast: Tofu Banana / Strawberry Smoothie + cup of chocolate soy milk Lunch: Chicken Vegetable ground (lightly browned in a pan) w / Corn Salad Dinner: Some nuts (cashews, walnuts, pistachios) / grapes / Choc ... am This is my second day, my heart and head much, I'm doing this wrong? PS. I know that is not completely raw, but whatever sea .... :)

    answer these questions to show others and myself that would be a better option? for breakfast it would be better? Triscuits and fruit, Oreo cookies and soy milk, peanut butter and vegetables, or baked potato and seasoned vegetables for a snack that will fill up with little more calories? baked potato, cut the pizza, bagels large whole grain waffles or 2, which is better for dieting? peanut butter, vegetables, baked potatoes, cereals whole grain or all if vegan, which enjoy a healthy snack, baked potatoes, biscuits or soy ice cream

    Half of the items listed are only 'calories empty '. will do better with food to provide sustainable energy. there are a lot of sugar and refined carbs and heavy on your list. The fruit can be good for breakfast, but perhaps oats (a sweetened) or one slice whole grain toast. or maybe a smootie with fuit and vegetables in it? A baked potato is a meal rather than snacks, and bagels, pizza and waffles, to yield a short pulse of energy, then crash (ie, your body craves more food than for recover energy). vegetables and whole grains are much better for a diet. and my brother is a vegetarian and one of his favorite snacks are soy yogurt, and dried fruit and nuts.
